From hearing directly from our CEO and other senior leaders to connecting with teammates from different roles and locations, NCO helps new colleagues understand the members we serve and feel a part of something bigger.
It's also an opportunity to build relationships, participate in interactive activities, and gain a deeper understanding of how ArchWell Health operates.
Along the way, colleagues can take professional headshots, meet new friends, and create lasting connections that extend far beyond the event.
