We make high quality healthcare accessible for adults aged 60 and above on Medicare Advantage. Our centers are in the heart of the communities we serve—and our teams are often local to those communities.
We operate in a Value-based Care business model, driven by providing better primary care to our members—not by the volume of our services. We’re accountable to our members, so appointment times are longer and more thorough. At ArchWell Health, every colleague has an opportunity to make an impact and change lives. Our learning programs are designed to be engaging and role-specific, so everyone gets the training they need to do their best work.

- CORE Onboarding: We start with foundational topics such as our business model, value-based care, and Medicare 101.
- Role-Specific Training: Our role-based training equips colleagues with the specific skills and knowledge they need for success in their role. Along the way, we provide performance support so everyone’s on the right track.
- Continuing Education: Beyond the first 90 days, we offer ongoing education opportunities. This includes easy access to needed documentation, additional training sessions, and a strong network of in-market experts—Market Support Champions—for guidance.
- In-Market Training Network: Our robust in-market training network, led by Market Support Champions, guarantees ongoing support when and where you need it.
- To better serve our members, we have developed a language program. Participation in the program includes a language pay differential and opportunity to grow into a Certified Medical Interpreter.
- Many of our center colleagues progress into corporate roles such as Market Launch Champions, Member Service Representatives, or leadership tracks.
- New hires attend a three-day New Colleague Orientation (NCO) learn about ArchWell health’s values, culture, and the economic & clinical model of our business. We’re sure to set aside time for fun, including karaoke, minor league baseball games, and dinner cruises.
